SCHEDULE A CLASS:

If you have made it to this page, we are officially in phase 2!!

 all members will be required to wash or sanitize their hands, as well as, be screened for temperature on entry to the facility. Any member reading at 99.8 or higher will be asked to leave for the day.

Class sizes will be restricted to 5 plus an instructor, As we progress through re-opening Phases the class-size restriction should be relaxed. We ask that any member stay home if they feel unwell and anyone exhibiting symptoms of a fever, cough, or difficulty breathing seek medical attention and not to train for 14 days. If you have been exposed to CoVID 19 or Suspect you have, you are not allowed to train until you are cleared to do so.

There will be strict sanitation and Hygiene guidelines, we have a made time between the classes in order to clean the whole gym. We have adjusted the schedule for Phase 2 and will have more classes in Phase 3. 

 

Please try and be aware of how many classes you sign up for, to give everyone a chance to have a class!  if you aren't scheduled, please don't come to the gym, we are keeping it closed to the public unless scheduled.
